Extended Stay America required a comprehensive data collection effort across their 34 properties,
each with over 3,500 rooms, to assess existing conditions and assets.
The objective was to meticulously examine the arrangement of rooms, pinpoint any concerns, and formulate
comprehensive plans for renovation. This encompassed not only the guest rooms, but also the public areas
and various facilities within each property.

DAVACO mobilized a specialized team to meticulously survey every guest room and public area
across 34 properties, meticulously examining the layouts, furniture, and assets while documenting
each detail with photographic evidence for future reference.
Our comprehensive data collection efforts provided Extended Stay America with a robust database
of existing conditions, enabling informed decisions and efficient renovation planning.
